35 mg isn't a low dose btw. most people take 10 so you were taking 3 times what some people take. just to let you know. that may be why it affected you the way it did.

from morning to the end of the day, i take around 60-90 mgs

it all depends on your tolerance. there's no exact number. its possible to overdose from 10 mg of adderall.

really? idk though cuz my tolerance has gotten to the point where i take 90mgs throughout the day.
i go through my prescription of 60 pills in a week
there was this one time i was fuckin stupid and was on 130 mgs and i swear my body was gonna shut down

like i said it all depends on your tolerance level. you can take 1 mg of a certain medicine and that small change could fuck up everything. its just different for everyone. that's why its prescription so the doctor can make the decision about how much to give you.

it also has to do with your body type, whether your taller, shorter, bigger, smaller, that kinda shit.
