Alright, so I just now (literally just now) got it unlocked. lol



Tomorrow morning I'll call the phones original carrier and ask for them to release the PIN & IMEI # so I can use it on any carrier in the world.

He was like, "in the morning call the help desk of the carrier and ask them to release the IMEI/PIN then your good too go"


and the BIS still says Not Connected soo I guess I'll just call tomorrow and see what happens.

Only thing that doesn't work is BBM, haven't tried texting yet. lol

does your plan include the blackberry service? in england we have to pay for internet data and then the blackberry service comes separate, that may be why it cant connect?
