im off cigs and dip*smokeless tobacco* just thought i would share with every1 on here that everything is going great im starting to get cravings but im trying to clean up a lil bit quit drinking as well!

*reason for quitting im 16 and its not something i should be doing sticking with bud tho*

congrats broooo ive never been a cig smoker, but ive been dipping for about 2 years now, and tryna quit
sometimes i use sunflower seeds.....
