How do you add these options on iTouch?

does anyone know how to add that little 'thumbs up' and 'comment' options?
i believe that only appears on iTunes plus music

do you have any Itunes Music you can try it on ? any that says Purchased AAC audio file should work

Yeah, I have quiet a few purchased M4A iTunes plus music
They never show up:/

Nah, I know for sure my friend woulnt jailbreak it to do it
And if he did, he would have out some other stuff that would make it obvious that it's jailbroken

And its real cause I've seen him push the buttons
The thumb is like a like button or something haha
And the over one is to put comments like when you put a comment on iTunes

and it doesnt always show on his iPod either
