Copy the image and paste it in the artwork area.

Right click on song or album, get info, copy and paste in the artwork section. (:

I just save the image and add it. The quality is kinda better. Not that it really matters; it's a small thing. :L

you drag it to the cover area on the bottom left once you've highlighted which song you want the cover for
