New Youtube Layout = Videos Going Slow?

Right so the new youtube layout is out and what not, but now whenever i watch a video its taking too long to play the video and at times it will repeat the video for a few seconds. This never happened to me before the new layout so its why im asking.

I cant even watch videos in 720P anymore because it wont load, i seriously hate this new Youtube layout.

Anyone else getting this?

I like it, and it doesn't slow the loading at all. That's me tho..

Mines load half way then take a break for 5 minutes before loading the other half!
