HELP! Computer attacked

hey i was attacked by tons of shit right now when browsing tha interent and idk what to do !None of my apps are working like microsoft word,itunes,photoshop! is there any free program that i can download tha tcan remove all these?? i keep getting a message from Security Shield to buy their product to get rid of them now but im low on cash and idk if thats a good idea! i got tons of music espcieally my 1500 wayne songs i organized perfectly and i really dont want to lose them,that would kill me.. ( i also recently bought this computer and have a 1 year gurantee on it so if i bring it to Best Buy will they take care of it and still save my music/pictures? i get a message that i have 8 malicious programs, 11 viruses, 4 spyware and 1 tracking cookies. my internet explorer dont work and only my Google Chrome works,help me plz guys..

OMG THANK GOD i didnt use my credit card to buy that securitty shield shit cuz i jus searched it and figured out it was a virus too!! iam currently figuring out what to do

Bro, if there's a virus, then there's no guarantee your music is unaffected. Best money-saving solution is to reinstall the computer. And yes, that means losing everything.

i jus did some research and figured out this is all a scam. This damn Security Shield shit says i got all these problems and viruses on my computer and when i click on their help,they want me to buy their product to help myself but its a scam,i am currently tryin to figure out how to remove it ..

seems like i need Malwarebytes Anti Malware.. anyone got a link to a free download of that?

Ive had that happend to me before what you do is download the link quil posted , then start your computer in safe mode , run the Anti-Malwares software and remove the virus. then restart your pc and it should be all gone.

That security shield is a malware programme, it's not real. Don't click on any of it. Download Malwarebytes and AVG free for now and run those scans, remove all infections and you should be fine.

yeah shiit this happened to me and a friend i know.

she phoned me telling me she put her card details in and it still didn't work, i was like wtffffff nooo its a scam.

glad you thought otherwise and got it fixed.
