this was before SOPA got voted down. I'm sure other bills will pop up here and there in the near future.

MegaUpload had a bunch of issues with the government last year. Apparently their lawyers aren't as crafty as The Pirate Bay's...
What sucked though was tons of famous people (Diddy, will.i.am, Chris Brown, etc.) even advertised for it.

yeah. we've known. they took it down.

SOPA is gone, but so is MegaUpload.
