I had them for 5 years since I was 6. When I was 11 they started to go away. Now I'm 15 and there gone, never went to the doctors or nuthin

I have these two bumps on the side of both my feet right by the small toes. I've had them for awhile but lately I been having feet pain and sometimes discomfort. Anybody no what this could be from? And ima try and go to doctors A$AP

stop wearing heels
