The only time I can remember Vegeta being pussy was when he fought Broly but he then changed and the only time I can remember him dying was when he sacrificed his life to kill buu but failed.

vegeta was my favorite, but i liked all the characters. i wish the show didn't come so centered around goku and vegeta though, and focused on the other z fighters as well. the creator actually originally planned on making gohan the main character after the cell saga, which would have made sense seeing as how he was the strongest of everyone by the end of that fight, however he changed his mind when it came time to continue the series.
