LWHQ has a ad deal with complex media network and there is ads on the forums, at the bottom. I know there's a way to put ads like below the first thread post and inbetween posts in threads but that's probably not something he'll want to introduce to the forum, it'd be pretty annoying..and people would then use adblocks and that'd affect the mainsite ad traffic from being clicked on

I am giving that much money to a coder, i donno how he will create it, he will give me adsense approved forum with all features. And Seo is a technique by which we can boost traffic, bring our website on the top of search engine with different different keywords and all.
