Lol thats usual. Thats what I wanted to be , but then again who didn't want to be a lawyer. I want to be a air traffic controller, pilot, and if none of these workout my last resort is the airforce.

But thats not my dream job. My dream job would be a boss like birdman
The borders should be illegal instead of the people, who were here before the bible and all of its sequels

Don't know any seventeen year olds who aspire to become a lawyer around here.

question for WeezYIsCraaazY about lawyers, something i never understood:

Lawyers just basically get people of their crimes right? so why do they have law school when they just work for criminals?

Anyway my dream job would be an astronaut.

Nah, there is more to it than that.

-There are two types of lawyers; barristers and solicitors. Barristers stand up in court (mostly) and either represent the state or the defense. The state will try to put the defendant in jail (put simply) and the defense will try to stop them from going to jail (put simply). Solicitors advise clients on what legal action to take.

-Then you have criminal and civil lawyers. The same applies to civil barristers (except family); they will try to make sure that their party doesn't lose the case, and the other party will do the same. The losing party has to pay the other. Civil solicitors do a similar thing to that of a criminal one.

-In terms of them needing to go to law school: they need to know the statutes that oversee crimes, know court etiquette and how to properly put together an argument. Solicitors need to do the same, because the law has thousands of sub-sections, and each one will pose a different outcome.

Hope I helped.

Civil solicitor, hopefully specialising in employment law.

Much more money in civil law (most criminals are in relative poverty. Has to be said), and being a solicitor requires a lot less skill than being a barrister. 95% of barristers went to Oxford or Cambridge.
