IDK about the UK but in Colombia people still drive their old ass cars with over like 3 million kilometers (600,000 miles) and still drives great lol.
For me , for the most part, I don't like driving cars over 100k.
I don't really know tbh but I know once you hit 100k here you're usually best to move the car along. I guess our country size being much smaller means more stop starting, traffic and less straight roads and distances covered which puts more stress on the cars long term (clutch and shit) ehh just a guess anyway lol

I'm keeping my shit until 200k miles. When you take care of them, Tauruses last forever.
For the most part, if a car doesn't last until 200k it was either treated like shit or just a bad car.
