If you really wanna talk to girls and stop being so awkward, just try being confident. Yes, it sounds cliche but honestly it works most of the time. A girl will be able to tell if you're all self conscious and won't respond well. If you act like you know what you're doing and have it all figured out (even if you don't) you have a better chance of hitting it off with her.
