The reason I say you're too close minded is because I bet you haven't watched any of those videos i've linked you to and to top it off, you still say Lil Wayne is a bad rapper. You're overlooking Wayne's pros by simply listing his cons. You say he's too casual, so what? I can pop in Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, or Paid in Full and chill to that shit. Hip hop doesn't have to be about thinking about bars constantly. It's a genre of music that MCs put their heart into to be creative, entertaining or just be themselves and talk about something. Whether it's about the typical mafioso or gansta rap or about their experiences before they started rhyming or just letting out emotion or whatever.

i have nothing against you, i do hate that " everybody dumb if they don't listen to such and such" mentality, but i can appreciate your passion for the genre. i just want you guys to understand and think from a different perspective. not everybody is dumb cause they don't listen to every underground MC. some people can relate to wayne more than a biggie. you have to understand that doesn't mean there dumb.

I don't think you're dumb because of the music you listen to. I think you're dumb because you made specific claims against me and when I defended myself and then asked you to back up your claims you couldn't but you still stayed by them which is ignorant. I don't think people are dumb for liking mainstream music because most people aren't even aware that underground rap exists. I don't even think people are dumb who enjoy mainstream rap over underground rap if they have heard it. I just think people are dumb when they say that a mainstream rapper is BETTER than a good underground rapper and never give the underground rapper a chance. I love Kid Cudi and would much rather listen to him than a rapper like Tech N9ne but I would never say that Kid Cudi is better than Tech N9ne because objectively Tech N9ne's skill far surpasses Kid Cudi. I also think people are dumb when they make statements they can't back up and then refuse to leave that viewpoint even when proved wrong.
