Assassin's Creed 3 or Batman arkham asylum?

Today, I have a chance to buy one or the other. Which one is the better choice? I haven't played neither of these games before & i wanna try some new shit.

Not true. Arkham Asylum and the sequel, Arkham City, are the best superhero games ever made. They actually make Batman look good, and not like those other superhero games out there.
Still, you should buy Assassin's Creed III.
