Yet another gun shooting in the US. Something is very wrong about your gun laws and regulations. Very wrong.

Most of the time, the guns used in shootings are obtained illegally anyway . And if someone wants to shoot up a school, their gonna do it .

While I agree to your point..just because it was obtained illegally doesn't mean it was hard for him to obtain. The laws sound very shady and grey in the U.S. it shouldn't be so easy to have a gun etc but I guess its such a large part of your culture it's too hard to go back on most of these laws.
