I'm thinking about buying myself an iPad. Im curious to hear from other people to what you think of them?

Are they overpriced? Worth the money? What GB would I be better off getting? I'll most likely have around 2000 songs on there, a good few apps and possibly a movie or two. 32GB seems expensive though..

what gb do you guys have and how close to filling it are you?

People that say 'a few apps'. That's how it starts but it never stays as a few apps, you will keep getting apps as long as they are made because new stuff is always popping up on the app store lol. I fill up my 64gb iPhone so I'd always go with the biggest I can get because of all my music and apps (mind you I have like 4 years worth of apps on my phone since I got my first ever iPhone).

Me personally unless I was rich, or just had the money to spend on anything then I wouldn't get a iPad. I have a mini one called an iPhone. It does everything the same and more just a small screen. That's how I look at it anyway. They are cool, but I don't personally need one.

If I was going to get a tablet though of course it would be an iPad. Yes they are over priced but so is everything Apple sell.

Ive got an "iPad 3" and i havent used it in 2 months i hardly use it anymore.

Use mine all the time. Use it over my computer.


The only time I use my computer instead of iPad or iPhone is to download music normally.

if you want good apps and 2000 songs then better go for 64 GB
even if you take 32 GB you get 28GB
if you dont use a lot of apps get 32 that is perfect
i have an iPad3 32gb with lots of app and i guess 550 songs
songs take a lot of place for sure

I had this problem when buying my iPod touch, I got the 32gb. I have a few large apps on there and 2000 tracks, I still have 18gb memory left...

i wouldnt pay all that money for an ipad
so if you are then just make sure you would make the most out of it
imo they are overpriced

If you have enough money, get 32gb.
But I must say, I went from a 32gb iPhone to a 16gb one and at first I missed my 2k-ish songs. But after a few weeks, you'll only use the albums you like the most plus some extra new ones or so.

Review on the iPad;
Great device. Best thing about it imo is that it's always 'on' and doesn't need to start up like a laptop.
I don't use it on daily basis cuz I prefer my laptop. Depends on what you're planning to use it for (I just have music and some school stuff on it).

Anyways, 32gb is a LOT and I don't think you need all that space if you're on your computer a lot. Just put some good movies on it and take them off as you put on new ones.

Having an iPad is great though. Even my grandma has one and loves it.

I rarely use my computer now days. I'd much rather sit and relax with an iPad I guess.

I have an ipad 2 that can not very well complain the money is worth it but the thing's for what need it and remember that once apple apple always hehe

i just have 12.1 GB left...
