      Yeah I just turned 17 btw (for like 2 weeks) so yes I'm kinda young but I'm gonna try it. Do you use it?

        nah, I go to the gym...pull some weights, do exercises but I don't take proteins because I'm not really trying to get a muscular body. I remember my friend used to give me these protein chocolate bars when I was 17..but I used to eat them just because they used to taste good lol.

          i do press ups and lift weights

          but im still kinda skinny

          so i guess thats cus i dont drink protein shakes right?

                I've been lifting for allmost 2 years just eat healty e.g. chicken & fish.. and lift big no other advice really.. or join a strength and conditioning class ? Its like 50 euro a month lol. and take protein shakes, im only 16 man ive been on them for almost those 2 years its just the same as eating a 200g chicken. Idiots only say thier skinny cause they dont take in protein lift more, you don't expect to see results in 2 sessions

                          Yeah bro, I'm 16 too and I've been using it for like a year now and even our school's doctor said it's fine using it. I use it mainly after my workout because it's something muscles need after an exercise. It's really the same as eating some chicken or beef
