    Damn. That is a nasty one I gotta admit. I've seen soccer-injuries just like this, where the bone just snaps in half and breaks through the skin.

            thts nasty not the worst I seen in sports shaun Livingston had a horrible one wen he was wit the clippers and just last year lattimore running back from south Carolina I think his was worst but that was nasty as fuck

                    There was a horrible incident at an NHL game a long time ago (I think the late 80's) where the goalie, Clint Malarchuk accidentally got his throat slit by a skate and it just started gushing out blood profusely. Absolutely sickening and he survived, which is amazing.

                    Definitely one of the most disturbing sports incidents I've ever seen.

                      "worse injury in all of sports" not really, seen countless leg breaks in football (soccer) and some nasty nasty rugby injuries too. This is horrid though but he'll be back in a year. He won't ever be the same again though.
