  • Understanding mortgage and real estate?

I do not pay rent at the moment as I live with my parents and since a teen I had dreams of leaving the nest at the age of at least 21. I'm now 23 and I feel miserable at home for a number of reasons.

Is there anybody here that lives on their own? And I mean on their own, not a dorm, or a house being paid by your parents.

I don't have a plan as of yet but I know I someday want to save up at least $20k for a down payment on a house and from point a to b I can take time on repairing my credit.

Finally being able to watch porn unmuted. :allears:

A couple of years of steady employement, steady income, good credit. Damn. So many requirements. How can broke families I know afford houses?

If you have a job, I am sure you will be able to get a mortgage and then buy a cheap house.

You can then build up from there =)

                  23 ?....shit man

Got get a job, get a shitty apartment and look for a better job, get that job,get a less shittier apartment, look for a better job, get that job, get a better apartment. Rinse & Repeat.

Or you can go to college while working and actually get a career instead of fapping everynight.
