The damage is unthinkable, 90% of the city is destroyed and radiation levels are spreading into the surrounding areas.

You and whoever you live with immediately turn the TV on to CNN, and Obama is being broadcast live saying,

"I would like everyone to remain calm. Designated safety areas are being established in every major city as we speak, I have personally spoken to nearly every governor about safety procedures. You are to remain in your homes until further notice, however I will be back on ASAP. At that time, you are to move towards you nearest safety location. As of now, we do not know the origins of this attack, but we believe it to be domestic. In times like these, we must unite for the greater good. God Bless."
