If you confront someone and start a confrontation or a fight, but you end up losing the fight and feel like you're life is in danger you can retaliate with deadly force if you give up and the person won't stop..

We have witnesses that say Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman beating his face in and Zimmerman was yelling for help..pretty much giving up, but Trayvon kept punching..a witness said they saw this..at that point Zimmerman is aloud to shoot him..

The Law may be flawed but it is the law..the law would be the same whether Trayvon was black white hispanic or whatever..it has nothing to do with his race so stop acting like this is some "The white man trying to keep the Balck Man down" crap..
