Booking rappers for a party

So me and a couple other guys gathered 10k and we want to book some rapper for it. What rappers charge 10k or below?
We can even go up 15k if necessary i guess, depends who it is

We haven't even really searched only called French Montanas agent and the dude was like 30k an hour

So anyone got any links to any rappers agents number?
