how we getting draft order? could put all teams a number and put it in random number generator online or something?

Yeah an hour before the draft the computer will randomly pick the draft order. And then the snake draft will determine the rest of the picks.

So picks will look like this

1st, 20th, 21st, 40th..
2nd, 19th, 22nd, 39th..
3rd, 18th, 23rd, 38th..
4th, 17th, 24th, 37th..
5th, 16th, 25th, 36th..
6th, 15th, 26th, 35th..
7th, 14th, 27th, 34th..
8th, 13th, 28th, 33th..
9th, 12th 29th, 32nd..
10th, 11th, 30th, 31st..
