I said researcha nd articles, the thing you gotta undertstand is the youtube videos are all the research done for you compressed into a 5-15 min video, other people do the research, and present their findings in a video, you can do the research for yourself to see if the information is true, and it is most of the time, atleast the channels im subscribed to.
