      until you start getting as big as them that is when you start doing leg workouts
      but I play ball and Im tryna get my hops up, I actually starting working on my legs for years and years to increase my verticle jump and run faster since I ran track and played ball in highschool, my upperbody needs to catch up to the size and strenght of my legs
