I was always that asshole who never really took the time to appreciate how much the holidays mean to a lot of people. Come around me near Christmas time and I would probably resemble something like a, well:
Last year I changed my own heart when I decided to actually take the time out of my precious life and truly think about what the other people around me would like, you know what would really make them happy to open.
Because it's more than just gifts. It's more than just using your money to purchase something for someone, it's about having spirit and bringing up the people around you, and most of all showing them that you care about something.
Ever watch that movie The Butterfly Effect? Anyway.
Last year I spent all of $175 on all of my gifts for other people and I couldn't have been happier with myself afterwards. Things like scented candle holders, books, seat warmers for winter, vodka, earphones, video games, snapbacks, gift cards, cheap little mp3 players, old movies, cd's (make one for your girl), stuffed animals, light up pillows, bracelets, GPS's, lotions, pillows, ice cream maker (the one on TV), attachable shower heads (also for your girl), coffee makers, iPhone cases, Jordan's, the helicopter alarm clock that flies to wake you up, chocolate fountains, backpacks, Windows 8? (for someone still stuck on 7), old video game systems like Super NES or a Gameboy, I can't think of anymore.
But yeah.
Also a cool place for gift ideas for your girl is BED BATH & BEYOND this place might hurt your wallet a little bit but if you're smart with it then you won't spend 2 much unless you're ballin' then by all means.
The motto is don't be that guy who buys a card and a teddy bear for your girl this Christmas because most likely she's cheating on you anyway.
Think about it for real and watch the people around you light up.
