Yes same OS but different capabilities and features that both phones have different. Its the little things that matter when comparing two similar things like that.

Its cool brah, I had a lumia 810 before my 5s and I loved it. It has cool ass developers who make unofficial apps better than official (snapchat, instagram , vine)
