Will next gen improve over its 5 years?

It's clear that last gen had improved over its (7 years?) but will this gen be able to improve it's graphics as much as the last?

To a certain degree I think it will, maybe not as much as the last one tho. It also depends on the developers, some games that came out years ago still have wonderful graphics i.e. Fallout 3 (that bitch came out in 2008 and the wastelands still look jaw-dropping to me) and Mafia 2.

besides lighting we wont see that much improvement as it is things look good. but we have to keep in mind that they are games so there is limits they arent reality so things will hit their ceiling within this or next generation

Playing in 1080P requires alot more power than 720P and lower. PS4 will show the biggest improvement on consoles, PC will show huge leaps soon aswell

Graphics these days is alot better than a few years back. Our eyes is the limit but there is not enough room for improvements like we've had these last years in the future.

I think this gen will focus more on scale and size of game worlds rather than graphics.
