But I cant explain your second experience, maybe its more than just normal sleep paralysis.
its horrible
its where you wake up and you know you are awake, but you can't move your body
you can't even talk
how long do you stay like that for?
it normally lasts a few minutes for me and those few minutes are so scary
i start thinking about life and if I'm making the most of it

This is sleep paralysis...
I've had multiple instances occur to me as well.. Last one I had, I felt 3 long finger nails massaging the backside of my scalp...
There's two theories.. Scientific: between wake and rest because of muscle weakness or sleep related disorders..but there's still plenty of speculation as to why this happens..
Religious: demon sitting on your chest..
I've seen some weird shit happen to me... So sometimes the latter makes more sense lol..

There are many different explanations for this.
On the ignorant end, the closed minded ignorant psychology related perspective will say schizophrenia, but when they do say something like this they are also dismissing any and all religion at the same time, also science.
There is the obvious religious explanation, that it was some sort of demon.
Then there is the scientific explanation, the sleep paralysis explanation.
The thing that really gets to me is that a lot of people said it was some sort of sleep paralysis right. Well, sleep paralysis or not, the end result is that there IS a black figure in your room and that you are paralyzed from moving any muscles whatsoever, end of story. No refuting that.
Has anyone ever heard of astral projection? It's when after you fall asleep, you are able to take your 'soul' or your astral body on a journey throughout other planes of existence. There is evidence everywhere backing up the credibility of this, and it's actually a pretty popular thing nowadays. Anyone thinking Insidious? My point is that when people do astral project, they say sometimes they encounter devils or demons. When they encounter the stronger ones they can sometimes become paralyzed, like in sleep paralysis except they are astral projecting.
So my conclusion is that this is some sort of spirit phenomenon.
Look, me personally I've been around the grape vine in life so far, especially knowing my families involvement in certain avenues, to dismiss these happenings as simple as me being crazy. It just doesn't add up like that, trust me.
And by that logic you are all crazy.
Psychology is almost like a new religion if you think about it. Most if not all psychologists will completely neglect any religious doctrine and lean on the side that 'logic' can and will explain everything. That is bullshit and ignorant. We once thought the world was flat... My point is that humans are arrogant in there current belief systems sometimes. You have to be multi faceted when it comes to learning and experiencing all this world has to offer.
