When i search a songs lyrics it used to show rapgenius as the first or second result and when i looked for a particular line, it showed the lyric on rapgenius, now it just shows some BS lyric sites

And I don't think they've done anything wrong imo

I think it will, cause most people prolly search the lyrics on google, and the strategy they used to be so high on Google search results contributed to the site being so popular
