God I hate that shit, tobacco had me super addictive a few months...
Couldnt go like an hour without it, had to struggle to quit..
Every now and then I smoke a cig but I always regret it lol

so you been doin it since the age of 11? It'll fuck up your lip and gums if you do it too much. I'v done it like 30 something times. And i've almost puked from it many times. I remember in 2012 i sat for like 1,5 hours outside and didn't want to move, another time i lied on the floor of a sauna for half an hour and tried to puke but nothing came out lol.
