Like sales and fame, or by how much people like him/her...
Coz for example MJ was considered a megastar, in the same time a lot of people used to hate him calling him fake, pedophile, gay...ect ect until he died...that's when EVERYBODY started loving him..
Anyway, I think Beyonce is def a Megastar, Jay z too....
