how do i stop lying

Lol I lie all the time about everything in real life with no reasons? I lie about EVERYTHING. I lie so much I even plan and think out complex lies that im gunna use next. I have did this my whole life and I have a reputation for being a huge liar and I’m seriously trying to change this, I lie about friends I never hung out with I lie about things i never did and stuff people never said I lie about things that happen to me I lie about random places I been to I lie about people I seen I lie about having jobs (never had a job before) I lie about having sex with girls behind their back I lie about the contact list in my phone its just fake numbers I put in there to make it look like I know a bunch of people, I lied to my mom about getting a girl pregnant and then I told her she got an abortion, I lied to this guy about goin to juvie before and he asked me who I knew in there and I started naming random names, I even lied about people dying in my family. i lied about having cancer and beating it and i lied about being in the blood gang to a blood member THANK GOD that never came back to bite me lol i lie about ANYTHING this kid wouldn’t give me back my phone and I told him I had to call someone and he said I was lyin BUT I REALLY DID HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE THAT DAY :/ I’m actually really good at lying to people tho no gunna lie lol I HAVEN’T LIED ABOUT ANY OF THE STUFF I TOLD YOU GUYS HOWEVER lol How do I stop lying irl though???
