You have to give it a chance. At least 20 minutes. I understand how this can sound weird, when all you listen to is pussy, money, and weed all day. Have you ever read up on meditation and how it can affect your life in a positive way? This is similar. Except you do not have to put forward any effort to see a benefit. Just kicking back and enjoying.
