When in sleep paralysis if you let your mind drift you can experience visual phenomena such as complex geometrical patterns. Happened to me about 3 times, I think it was last year. But it dont happened at night but during the day.
I used to be very tired after school and slept some hours when I got home. First time was the worst, I didnt knew what was happenning and saw a black person or idk what it was standing in front of me. Creepy af, but then I stopped sleepin after school, instead I went to the gym and it stopped....

I have lucid dreams quite often, learned to control them..
I got sleep paralysis once I think, last year, and been trying to self induce it ever since.. no results yet..
Experience:
I was very tired, laying on my back, and suddenly i opened my eyes, couldn't move my hands, fingers, anything, couldn't talk.. Doors of my room were open and they were looking at the hallway, so I imagined that some ghost or some demons were going at fast pace towards me, my heart was racing, beating like crazy, my sister was sleeping in the other bed and i tried to call her but she couldn't hear, I screamed and called for help and I thought i was gonna die, I gave like all my strenght to move a muscle and kill that ghost, and once the ghost was right next to me, I managed to move my fingers, close and re-open my eyes and woke up, I was soaked in sweat, and when I looked at the clock, I was asleep for only like 5 minutes, seemed like forever to me, everyone was normally asleep, so I went back to sleep
even though i was scared af, it was an experience to remember, that's why I'm trying to have one again
Any help on how to self induce it?
