      ideallly, you want your chicken to be free range, certified organic, that whole deal.

      when you buy fruits and vegetables, try and look for the 4 digit coding that starts with 4. that means its organic, no pesticides nothing like that.

      keep in mind that fruits are sugars too, so just cos its a fruit, doesnt mean u can have a box of strawberries.

      eating raw is generally healthier, cooking ames food less nutrient dense...


      i like to mix it up.. rice and beans as my cooked food, and then ill throw in the brocolli carrots, cucumbers all that in there raw,and you can hardly tell..


      sweet potatoes are bomb, black beans are bomb, lentils are dope..

      stay away from enriched flours, white starchy carbs...

      whole grains>>

      them super food whole grains, like quinoa and barley are dope, quinoa and spinach is pretty awesome.


      deep leafy greens>>> spinach kale,


      almonds and walnuts are the shit, berries, dried fruit is cool.



      lol eating healthy isnt a big deal as most people make it seem, ppl are just lazy as fuck and conditioned and polluted.


      but if you care a little bit, its definitely worth caring a lot about. its your body man.

          um, sorta. its got more benifits right, candys just straight sugar.

          with an apple, youre going to get some fiber.. and all that. but its still got a bunch of sugar, thats what makes it sweet. and too much sugar, regardless of where its comng from isnt a good thing.
