I just thought of this.. But do you think a reason they won't legalize weed yet could be because once they start selling it in stores and companies start producing it, that they'll eventually start putting nicotine and whatnot like they did with tobacco in it I think that Obama's gonna legalize it, but idk what's gonna happen once he does. And I don't mean medicinal weed

But I dunno if I want it legal.....I already want to beat the shit out of the smokers on my campus b/c they always seem to be walking in front of my ass when its already hard to breathe(when its too hot/too cold)....so the last thing I need is more air pollution. But if people would keep it like it is now, and do it at parties/in the house, its all good.

But I think its just the stigma....I mean someone in a high position wouldnt want to be the one to legalize a drug...and I mean im black so I can say this shit.....PLEASE dont let the first black pres be the one to legalize weed....

Its effects on the body are obviously more than a cigarette. For example it slows your reaction time down, making it more dangerous to drive etc.. But it could be argued that alcohol is legal but illegal to drink drive.

But apart from that the effects could be compared to alcohol I suppose, alright it's not the same, but it alters your body, how you think and obviously has physical effects, especially if your smoking that skunky shit

I learnt at school that Cannabis contains 4x as much tar than a cigarette if you smoke some the same size as a cigarette, but that may just be them trying to get people not to do it haha.

As far as legalising it goes, I'm not sure I mean it won't happen here in England but think of the tax on it if it was legalised. It costs on average £20 for 3.5g here, I have no clue about U.S.A or anywhere else, but if it were made legal here it would be like £35 for 3.5g. People would just all grow that shit at home seeing as seeds cost pennies

oh yea....but if USA smart.dey will legalize it..and dey will make tons of money...think how many people gon but weed...thats alot of selling it for money...that will be a good move for dem...

but for us.....thats good and bad....cause we can smoke it anytime we want and anywhere......but da cost of a dime and etc. might go up and plus tax...so its good AND bad

Yeah, the government knows that weed is being sold anyways so why not make money off of it right? lol
A tax on weed would probably be high that way the government would capatalize from the drug. Drug dealers would definitely have less customers tho.

I learnt at school that Cannabis contains 4x as much tar than a cigarette if you smoke some the same size as a cigarette, but that may just be them trying to get people not to do it haha.

ha let it be legal plz!!!! you know how much money we would save in our country off that shit n let alone how much we'd make? c'mon a vast majority of ppl locked is cause of mariuanna cause theres so many charges revoloving around like poossesion, intent to sell n distribute, paraphanealia(how ever you spell that shit) and the list goes on. they cant tax it though unless they put some kind of additives in it which would be lame i think i should be set up like amsterdam to where you got lil coffee shops n shit but i dont see it happenin because they cant control the substance its to natural and easy to get ahold of.
