Do you wash your hair every day?

I heard its better only washing your hair with shampoo about 3 times a week

And washing it every day can be unhealthy

Yea I heard if you wash it every day then it drys it out and damages it or some shit like that. as for me personally, i ain't even gonna front, when my hair is long I barely wash it, i'm just too lazy. but when I get my hair cut short, I wash it regularly not every day tho.

personally i wash my hair everyday not with shampoo though i just clean it out with water its more natural and your hair still gets cleaned my hair isn't to long either so its not bad.

i wash my hair every time i go out, so monday-saturday, on most sundays i don't cause i'm too lazy.
in vacation same, but i don't go out that much so probably every second day
