ya I use it for a few weeks then stop and jus use other easy daily whitening products to keep them looking good

I put it on in the shower so it would just depends how long I showered lol I'd say on average 10 minutes each time, some longer. I also use crest white toothpaste, luxe (it's like toothpaste but helps whiten quickly and gives ur teeth shine), and mouth wash

Smoke a lot of blunts for teeth whitening powers. Coffee is cool too, also sodas help unlock your whitening potential. I heard cigarettes work pretty well, don't take my word though.
