Well it depends, if the country that declares Martial Law considers your country or residents of your country hostile then definitely no.

If you want to visit Thailand, then it's completely safe, because this Martial Law they declared is for their government, it's not against any country, but it's against their government.. You should look more into it tho, but I think it's pretty safe.

Tho I'd recommend you visit after they end this so-called Martial Law..

well i'm planning to go in december and stay on an island, I doubt that the ''martial law'' will be done by that time..
