Except for the fact that you can't take it everywhere and smoke whenever you want. You're going to find yourself wanting to smoke and you'll break down and buy some cigs. I recommend e-cigs. Most of them suck but there are some good ones out there..

I actually can offer some help. Getting some good flavoured shish is always good. I get mine in tin cans cause it leaks if you get it in the box. I don't have one, but get an Egyptian style bowl, that way the shish doesn't burn as fast as it does with regular shish.
Al Fakkher is my favourite type of Shish. The stuff that comes in boxes is dryer and burns faster because it's a bunch of sticks. Get Al Fakkher in a can if you can. They make both Tobacco and Non-Tobacco flavours.

Mine's a two hose hookah with a small bowl at the top.
