the fact that he let this kid live becuz he was bullied defeats the whole purpose of who michael is supposed to be
plus there was nothing inherently evil that corey had did up until that point of the film anyway so i still dont understand why Michael let him go
but yeah, if we're being technical you're right, the film wasn't "bad" in the traditional sense. I still think there's a bit of flair to how it shot everything. And i like the fact that they tried to actually have a story this time. But ultimately it all turned out to be poignantly meaningless by the end because of the fact that there was no payoff in the end for any of it
