As far as relationships being overrated, some days it is and some days it isn't. It takes a lot of work to keep a LTR going. It's worth it to me though because I know I'll always have someone there to love me as I am. Being single is underrated though, I had a lot of fun while single.

I don't have any advise on meeting people though, I've always been really shy and insecure so I never figured that one out either. I just kinda got lucky and stumbled across the right person. I really think that's how most people end up together.

i read an article once where they had ran a test that showed that people were more likely to be attracted to someone in a relationship than a single person. Even when they weren't told the persons status.

One of their guesses was that a person in a relationship came off as more confident which caused them to seem more attractive. Can't remember the other guesses.
