How many of you guys use "custom themes" in windows?

I got a skin for Chrome and Start8 for the start menu but that's it.

nice theme, but I normally stick with the ones that come with Window's 7 and Window's 8. I'm just not that creative as others I suppose.

I'm using WindowBlinds. I don't like the default look of Windows 8. If anyone knows of a better skinning program/method of skinning PM me or something!
