Yeah man... I'm not saying he molested him in way of penetrating his booty or something like that XD
But Wayne is a good guy in his heart, and at such young age, 12/13, with thoughts of wanting to be best rapper alive, and seeing Birdman as only one who could help him achieve that, he was definitely easy to get manipulated by Birdman to do all sorts of stuff, kiss him on the lips, watch him fuck, idk maybe even more..

What else can you think about the guy who rode in his van with his brother and his entourage and was picking up young kids from the hood so they can "rap" at his studio..
