but these water vapours and ice are not really drinkable for animals to survive.

Life could have been on Mars...but not now ofcourse but there are alot of factors to look at...its radiation doesnt even allow life.

It Humans gotta live in in mars they'll have to build shelters totally closed from the outside to live normally and to go outside they'll need to wear all type of shit to be able to walk outside lol..
