They changed and/or "softened" facts about american history e.g. slavery and the civil wars as if they tried to stop slavery
You gotta search for yourself tho cause it was an article in german that I read on my phone and I can't find it anymore ..

But basically they write all sorts of bullshit and the ppl who approve it / are there to check weither or not the things that are published there are right aren't even historians (or whatever the right word is)

That's actually not just texas, the whole country does that. Texas just gets more crap for it because they like to put religion in schools. Actually I read an acticle on it and I don't see that much has changed. Also some of the passages from the textbooks that people are freaking about, I don't see anything wrong with the information as much as the way it was presented.

But apparently the final version was different and somewhat better than the one they originally wanted.

You should make a bet with yourself. If nothing happens and life is still the same in October, you will quit posting conspiracy end of the world things forever and focus on something else. Unless it's your website that you want to promote, then that's fine. But it's just going to feed into that negativity. I understand it's a passion, but it's going to take away some enjoyment from your life when you're only focusing on the negatives.
