there is no 'Shadow Government'...there is world governments..and every government got their own interests..either its bad or good..

for example...as soon as the US and UK government heard that Bashar al Assad is getting protested against, the governments immediately started preaching democracy and started arming and training Syrian Thugs and throwing a dozen strikes each day all over the civilians lands to aid to help the 'Moderate rebels'...who now, after 4 years have turned and joined ISIS...

But, it's neighbour Saudi Arabia, the most oppersive government in the 21st century, that doesn't let women drive, neither let's them play sports, and forces them to hide all of their body fully..and there is no equality at all, where the 'Saudi's' are first class citizens, and whoever else that's lives there is considered 2nd class citizen with limited rights there......yeah, it IS the US and UK's great Ally...

you would think a 'democratic' country that US or UK that would destroy entire countries like Iraq and Libya for the name of peace and democracy would be against a regime like Saudi...but it's not...why? coz the biggest oil reserves exist there lol..
